it's OK
I was given this as a gift by a friend whose birds were 'to small' to turn the rings. However my medium sized parrot has just as much difficulty turning the rings. He's usually able to get treats out of the bottom ring or if I cheat and line them up in a way that very little turning is needed but it still takes time which I guess is a good thing because it keeps him engaged. This toy would get 5 Stars if it was designed in a way to turn more smoothly. I have to admit I had some trouble turning them myself sometimes. The problem can be fixed to an extent by loosening the screw that keeps it all together. I discovered this after taking the entire thing apart to wash. However this won't fix the entire problem. Recommended for larger birds only.More detail ...
